Thanks for your interest in partnering with Level Frames!
Please find the details and deliverables below. If all looks good, you can accept the agreement at the very end by providing your name and social media details.
1) You have selected and customized one or more picture frames as part of a completed order. Level Frames will send the order into production and ship it to the address you provided upon completion of this form.
2) Within 30 days of receiving the frames, you will create the following:
- Instagram reel with a mention of "Level Frames" in the captions and/or voice-over, plus tagging @Levelframes and mentioning @Levelframes in comments.
- Instagram story with tag of @Levelframes and link to www.levelframes.com.
- 3 to 5 high quality still photos of the final gallery wall from different angles, sent to Level Frames by e-mail or file transfer (e.g. Dropbox).
- Video file of the Instagram reel, minus any Instagram overlays, sent to Level Frames by e-mail or file transfer (e.g. Dropbox).
3) You grant to Level Frames the rights for us to share and use the above content on our own website, social media accounts and other digital channels.
